Delivery hours:
Ordering via SMS is available to registered FoodRunner customers only.

The TXT message structure:

[qty]COD1[num]... [qty]CODx[num] [hour:min]

On the line above [qty] means the amount of each item ordered (this is optional, if ommited, then 1 is the assumed quantity we will add to your basket). It is just a number.

COD1 is the TXT code of the item from the menu which is below the name of the item and is 4 letters in size.
num is the TXT code of an option (if any, eg chili, garlic etc ). If ommited, the default option will be chosen which is the first one listed on the menu.
hour:min is the preferred delivery time, you must type it in 24 hour time ie 18:30 would be 6.30pm. If ommitted then we will assume next available time is desired.

There should be no spaces between the amount, item code and option code.
Each item ordered should be separated by spaces.
The last item and the preferred time should be seperated by space.

You can order as many items as you like.

Then text the message to 4040 which is our short code. We will txt you back a confirmation of what you ordered with the first available delivery time as close to your preferred time that we can deliver. You must then txt back the word YES (in lower or uppercase) to confirm the order. If you do not confirm the order within 2 mins of receiving our txt or txt back the word STOP, the order will be deemed cancelled. If you wanted to change your order then you must txt STOP and start from the beginning.

Example1:
To order 2 poritons of Doner Kebab (chicken) from Turkish Cafe (Ponsonby), compose and send to 4040 the following message:
2ADJY12

Example2:
Same as above but also one portion of Tavuk Salata and three plain pitas requested for 19:00 delivery
2ADJY12 AGUR 3ADJE 19:00

For your order status you need to TXT the word STAT to 4040 and we will send you back the current status, however this message will cost .20 cents each time you do it.
